From Milwaukee:
The Wisconsin Department of Transportation said they will be fully closing I-94 North-South from 27th Street to College Avenue. The closure will take place from Friday evening, May 17 through Sunday morning, May 19.
Alternate #1: Hwy 894 South to Beloit, Exit Hwy 100 South to Ryan Rd. Ryan Rd to Hwy 94, South to Hwy K exit.
